Cloud House — independent agent
I am Marisol Vey. I handle a small number of homes at a time so that every seller gets a considered plan and every buyer gets an honest answer — including the answer that a house is wrong for them.
Advice grounded in the specific street, not a regional average pulled off a portal.
I accompany every viewing myself and tell you honestly how it went afterwards.
A written note each week while your sale or search is live, whether or not there is news.
Working with me
Cloud House exists because I wanted to do this work at a pace that allows for judgement. There is no call centre behind me and no junior passing your file along. You meet me at the valuation, you hear from me during the marketing, and you ring me when the survey comes back with something odd in it.
Services
Pick the one that sounds like you — it tells me where to start when we speak.
A marketing plan built around the particular strengths of your house, then a sale managed to completion.
For buyers who would rather have someone filtering, visiting and asking awkward questions on their behalf.
Moving from further afield and trying to choose between areas you have only seen on a map.
Current listings
A short list, kept short on purpose. Ask me about any of them and you will get the drawbacks as well as the selling points.
Willowbank
A 1930s semi opened up at the back, with a long south-facing garden and a garden room currently used as a studio.
Guide price £565,000
Hartlee Green
An end-of-terrace townhouse over three floors, quietly modernised and a five-minute walk from the green.
Guide price £430,000
Old Mill Quarter
A converted works building with original steel windows, high ceilings and a shared courtyard behind the gates.
Guide price £318,000
Nothing here quite right? A fair share of what I sell never reaches a portal. Tell me what you are looking for and I will keep it in mind.
How it works
Twenty minutes, no visit required, to work out what you are trying to achieve and by when.
I walk the house, then send a written valuation with the comparable homes it rests on.
Photography, floor plan and a written listing, followed by viewings I run personally.
Negotiation, then weekly chasing of solicitors and surveyors until the keys change hands.
Questions
A single percentage of the agreed sale price, payable on completion, confirmed in writing before you instruct me. There is no upfront marketing charge and no withdrawal fee if you change your mind.
It depends far more on the chain than on the marketing. I will give you a realistic range at the valuation for your particular street and property type, and I would rather be honest than optimistic.
No. It is free, it takes about an hour, and you keep the written valuation whatever you decide. If my advice is to wait a few months, I will say so.
Yes. Some sellers prefer a quiet introduction to a handful of suitable buyers rather than a public listing. If that sounds like you, mention it in your enquiry.

Send a few lines and I will reply personally with a suggested next step — usually a short call before anything else. If a valuation makes sense, we will find an hour that suits you.
